Long Coat, Female, Tri Color Chihuahua Puppy
Tink and her twin sister were the smallest in the litter. We’ve fussed over these 2 since the day they were born because 6 babies in one litter with 2 tiny parents is a LOT. Unfortunately (and at our veterinarian’s recommendation), we’ve decided that for now, we must keep the tiniest of Sarah’s girls just to make sure she develops normally. At a later date, if she does develop and is healthy, we will offer her available at that time. Little Tink though, tiny as she is, is still holding her own and seems to be developing normally in spite of her tiny size. We are offering her for sale but it’s with the understanding that she will need more than 8 weeks to develop before she’s ready to leave. Around age 12 weeks, we will take her in for a physical exam just to be sure she’s healthy and then she will be sold “as is” without a health guarantee. I want all buyers to understand the fragility of a puppy this tiny. They require a lot of care and are not the right fit for a busy household. For comparison, please note the weighs of all the puppies in the litter at age 6 weeks:
Tink’s Twin: 4oz
A sad face belongs here because I have to hold my breath and do my best to take care of Tink’s twin and hope she starts growing. Please be understanding that we cannot offer her in this litter. Thank you.
